2025年4月21日，美國Onesta IP, LLC根據(jù)《美國1930年關稅法》第337節(jié)規(guī)定向美國際貿(mào)易委員會提出申請，主張對美出口、在美進口及銷售的特定集成電路、包含該集成電路的電子設備及其組件（Certain Integrated Circuits, Electronic Devices Containing the Same, and Components Thereof）違反了美國337條款。

美國NVIDIA Corporation of Santa Clara, CA、中國廣東OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. of China、英國Nothing Technology Limited of United Kingdom等四家企業(yè)為列名被告。
