據(jù)中國(guó)貿(mào)易救濟(jì)信息網(wǎng)，12月18日，美國(guó)Corning Incorporated根據(jù)《美國(guó)1930年關(guān)稅法》第337節(jié)規(guī)定向美國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)提出申請(qǐng)，主張對(duì)美出口、在美進(jìn)口及銷(xiāo)售的特定用于液晶顯示器的玻璃基板及其下游產(chǎn)品和制造此類(lèi)基板的方法（Certain Glass Substrates for Liquid Crystal Displays, Products Containing the Same, and Methods for Manufacturing the Same）違反了美國(guó)337條款。
